It's not the first time we stay at this hotel. It's not that it's somehow special or very cheap. It's just one of the options to live closer to OFF festival. This year we'd received a room facing hospital, not highway, so it was much more quiet and atmospheric. Hotel rooms are more or less the same everywhere. Some parts are a bit weary though, but we're ok with that. The staff is attentive , the neighbors (mostly from the same OFF festival) were quiet and gentle. Complimentary water and fruits in the lobby.

Everything:👍👍👍 Room: modern, functional, clean Very comfortable (queen size) bed and pillows Sheets were of course very clean and with a very nice and delicate fragrance Air conditioning. Bathroom same way, with very good quality toiletries with nice and delicate fragrance Great and very copious breakfast, including a variety of home made cakes and tarts. I really loved spinach tart :) Only dealt with 3 receptionists and 1 breakfast room waitress (I stayed 1 night only). All of them were very professional, friendly and made guests feel comfortable right away. I had a very nice promotion with breakfast included. 🤗🤗🤗

The hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were able to advise us and solve our problems. The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the center, there are Žabka stores in the vicinity of the hotel, accessibility by car is also excellent. The breakfast was very rich and varied, there is a coffee machine and a juicemat and smoothie too. The hotel really deserves 4 stars.

For a price of 250 zł per night (without breakfast and parking), it fulfilled my expectations. As only the room is my concern, everything was satisfying: clean toilet provided with 2 sets of towels, toiletries, hairdryer, good flow of hot water, good drainage. Room: air conditioner is provided, two one-person-sized blankets, bottled water, tea, water heater, plenty of space for maneuvering. Worth staying there again for the next trip in Katowice since it is relatively near a strategic tram line

The hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful area just outside Katowice and quite close to its hospital. Good beds, very comfortable air conditioning, very fast reception employees.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable and the services and conveniences where all I needed. The desk on the room was amazingly and surprisingly comfortable and usable for work. The staff was amazingly helpful, specially Gosia. Even events like Yoga classes were available although I was unlikely to miss it.

The room was quite spacious and modern. The shower was also great. Nice restaurant on 6th floor with decent prices.

I had a great experience at Park Hotel Diament Katowice. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location is also convenient for getting around the city. Everything was just as expected – I would happily stay here again!

We arrived earlier than we expected to, and we we checked in earlier also! The staff was accomodating and even gave us a meeting room to start already on our online work escapades while they sped-up room cleaning. Appreciate this

Big modern hotel in city-center. Although it was a short walk to the center, the hotel was located in a quiet area. Parking in front of the hotel was free and we managed to get a spot. The room was beautiful, modern and cozy, the breakfast was very tasty and the staff was friendly.n
